Very happy with the professionalism of the staff in quickly identifying the fault, fully explaining the problem and offering a temporary fix solution or the replacement of the control board. As they had the replacement part in stock I asked if they could replace it straight away, which they duly did even though it was their lunch break. I cannot fault the service offered at Cara motorhomes.
